Classes We Offer

 

Little Stars Pre-School

A fun class for children aged 2 to 3 years (Starting Reception in 2 year's time)

Shining Stars Pre-School

A fun class for children aged 3 to 4 years. (Starting reception in the following September)

In both Pre-School classes we follow the British Gymnastics "Rise Gymnastics Discover" Award Scheme.  Classes are held weekly for 45 minutes and cost £25.00 per month.

Beginners

Our beginners classes are suitable for children from Reception upwards. We follow the British Gymnastics "Rise Gymnastics Explore" Award Scheme as well as our own curriculum. This is likely to be the entry point for the majority of new members.  Classes are held weekly, for 1 hour and cost £25.00 per month.

Improvers & Juniors

Gymnasts in our improvers and juniors classes work towards the British Gymnastics "Rise Gymnastics Excel" Award Scheme as well as our own curriculum. Gymnasts are assessed in our beginners classes and are invited to move up when ready. Classes are held weekly for 1 hour. There is no upper or lower age limit. Classes are £25.00 per month.

Squad Classes

An invitation only class for children who represent the club at regional floor and vault competitions. Gymnasts are assessed in our recreational classes. Younger gymnasts attend our Development Squad before progressing into Squad. Development squad train for 

1 1/2  to 3 hours weekly.

Squad train for 2 to 5 hours weekly.
